I love the Relax tea that Pukka makes. It's wonderful late at night, when you are winding down and getting ready to rest and as the box states, "Relax." And for some reason when I think of truly resting and relaxing, I think back to lazy hot summers of childhood and biting into a juicy peach. There is nothing like that first ripe peach of summer, where the juice runs down your arm. Why am I talking about summer peaches in winter you ask. I just can't wait already! It's a chilly day today but the sun is warming up, making promises of warmer days, soon to come. And that's reason enough to celebrate
anytime of the day with this rest and relaxation tonic. Enjoy!
- 1 heaping cup frozen peach slices
- 1 cup Relax tea, cooled
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- sprinkling of cinnamon
In a blender or using a hand held immersion blender, combine all of the ingredients. (Vanilla flavored almond milk works great also.) If you would like your drink a little sweeter, sweeten with stevia. Garnish with a sprinkling of extra cinnamon. Serves 1.
