Watermelon & Radish Juice

Watermelon and radish juice is lots of sweetness with a little peppery bite in a tall glass. It's a pick-me-up type of juice, that is especially refreshing right after a treadmill work-out. Garnish with a grinding of fresh black pepper for an extra peppery bite. Enjoy!




  • 1/2 baby watermelon
  • 5 radishes
  • 5 tablespoons of mint tea, cooled
  • squeeze of lime juice
  • fresh ground black pepper

Cut your watermelon into chunks and place them in a sieve, with a bowl under it and gently push down with a large spoon, so the watermelon releases its' juice. Run the watermelon pulp through the juicer along with the radishes. Combine the watermelon and radish juice with the tea and lime juice. Garnish with the black pepper. Serves 1.
